Expert Blood testing & analysis

What is tested:

  • Hormonal Transition Markers
  • Metabolic Health
  • Thyroid Function
  • Cardiovascular Risk
  • Bone Health Indicators
  • Cognitive & Mood Support.

You’ll receive:

  • Clarity on where you are in the hormonal transition (it’s not a straight line)
  • Personalised strategies for the symptoms affecting your quality of life—whether that’s sleep disruption, mood changes, weight redistribution, brain fog, or hot flashes
  • Nutrition guidance that acknowledges changing metabolic needs (not restriction, but strategic adaptation)
  • Supplement protocols targeting your specific gaps and symptoms
  • Guidance on HRT (hormone replacement therapy) considerations based on your profile
  • Validation that your symptoms are real, physiological, and treatable—not “just aging”

Midlife is a significant “life transition” that requires a recalibration of self. The hormonal shifts of perimenopause can mimic or exacerbate clinical anxiety and depression.

My approach involves psychoeducation on these developmental stages and therapeutic interventions that adapt to your changing needs, ensuring you feel grounded and contained through the flux of midlife.

Therapeutic support for women experiencing mood shifts, anxiety, identity changes, and life transitions during perimenopause or midlife.

Dietitian support to navigate and understand changes during menopause & perimenopause to support overall quality of life.

Pelvic floor muscles develop a slightly different personality when midlife and peri-menopause hit. Often women “suddenly” start developing bladder issues and bowel issues like leaking or prolapse or pain with intercourse. With the decline of hormones, muscle bulk of the pelvic floor can decrease which presents as bladder, bowel or pain issues.

Connecting to your pelvic floor and having good awareness of how it functions is vital at this age so that you can be in control of these functions. Having bladder, bowel and pain issues is common but definitely not normal and it is never too late to restore your pelvic floor.

Midlife, perimenopause and medically-induced menopause often bring significant physical, emotional and relational changes. Hormonal shifts, evolving identities and life transitions can influence wellbeing, sexuality and partnership dynamics.
